Ezen túlmenően segíti a folyamatbiztosítást és dokumentálást, valamint az összes szállítói adat és dokumentum (ISO, AVV, szerződésadatok stb.) létrehozását és karbantartását a meghatározott rendszereken belül. Stratégiai beszerzések aktív támogatása adminisztratív tevékenységekben, beszerzési projektekben, pályázatokon. CE-n belüli szerződéscímkék ellenőrzése.
