As a Business Unit Controller, you will play a key role within the Finance & Controlling organization and act as a trusted business partner to operational stakeholders. You will be responsible for leading and driving key controlling processes while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of financial steering, reporting standards, and business performance.

Your main responsibilities include
- Leading, managing, and continuously improving core controlling processes
- Preparing, analyzing, and commenting on monthly financial results and management reporting in accordance with IFRS
- Driving forecasting, budgeting, and mid-term planning processes
- Conducting variance analyses and profitability assessments while deriving actionable recommendations for management
- Acting as a business partner to operational and functional leaders on financial and commercial matters
- Preparing business cases, investment proposals, and financial evaluations for new business opportunities
- Reviewing and further developing cost models for customer and outsourcing contracts
- Managing internal chargeback and cost allocation processes
- Identifying and implementing efficiency improvements within finance and controlling processes
- Leading and contributing to projects related to standardization, automation, and digitalization within Finance & Controlling
- Enhancing reporting and analytical tools to improve transparency and decision-making capabilities
- Supporting strategic and operational decision-making through financial insights and performance analysis
Your Profile
- University degree or equivalent professional qualification with a focus on Controlling, Finance & Accounting, or Business Administration
- 2-5 years of experience in Financial Controlling or Business Controlling
- Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP R/3
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and self-driven personality with a structured working approach
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience interacting with senior management and cross-functional teams
- Experience in designing, optimizing, and standardizing finance and controlling processes
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
